WHY SUCCESS Comes From MASTERING Your DARK SIDE

I used to turn off this “forbidden” side of me because I thought it was so unrighteous but when I think about the times I had my greatest successes it was when I was feeling my darkest. At times I had to even create an enemy in my mind when I didn’t have one to pull this energy from. This is one of the best interviews I’ve ever watched.

How Ethan Suplee LOST 250+ POUNDS To Change His Life For SUCCESS

There is a hormone called leptin (I think). It exists in our “fat cells”. Once the fat cells get filled to a certain point, leptin is released. Leptin tells us that we’re full.

People who have lots of fat have developed lots of fat cells, more than people who are thin and who also have never had lots of fat. The fat cells never die, even after losing all the body fat.

Once someone who once had lots of fat loses all that fat, it takes more food to fill up the fat cells to release that leptin to tell us we’re full, because there are so many of them.

So, eating can be a delicate balance for people who have lost fat. It takes more than waiting for that fullness feeling from the leptin.

8 SECRETS To ACHIEVE Your Most AMBITIOUS GOALS Today

When we least expect it, life sets us a challenge to test our courage and willingness to change; at such a moment, there is no point in pretending that nothing has happened or in saying that we are not yet ready. The challenge will not wait. Life does not look back. A week is more than enough time for us to decide whether or not to accept our destiny.

These 15 THINGS Are Keeping YOU POOR!

This is awesome Lewis. Thank you. My parents lost almost everything in the recession of 2008. My father had invested heavily in the stock market with money he had worked hard to earn, had prospered even further from it until he didn’t. He was a loving family man who felt guilty about trying to make his family more financially secure in the long run. It wasn’t about greed for him, it was about ensuring that his family was well looked after. He made the mistake of not pulling out before the recession hit. He didn’t have insider knowledge of the oncoming financial slaughter. His intentions were honorable and the legacy he left behind was that people are more important than wealth. He felt immense guilt over it but for his family, he was far more important to us than wealth.

CELEBRITY REVEALS The Success Mindset Of HIGH ACHIEVERS

Terrence was born in Queens, New York, but he grew up mainly in North Carolina. There, he worked as a DJ for WRSV Soul 92.1 until he graduated from high school. At the radio station, Terrence got his first taste of hosting — and he was hooked.

He continued working as a radio DJ throughout college, and just a couple of years after graduating with a degree in mass communication, he got a job as a co-host on BET’s hip hop and R&B music video show, 106 & Park.

Terrence went on to star in numerous movies — including Think Like a Man alongside Kevin Hart — and host several awards shows and competitions, including the Miss USA beauty pageant with Julianne Hough. He also replaced Ryan Seacrest as a co-anchor of E! News and appeared on Kourtney and Khloé Take Miami, a spinoff of the wildly popular Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

Those are some impressive credentials, but Terrence wasn’t done yet! Eventually, he decided to branch out into the publishing world, and in 2013, he published his first book, The Wealth of My Mother’s Wisdom. It’s an incredible memoir about the life lessons Terrence learned from his mom, and I’d encourage you to pick it up!

Throughout his extensive career, Terrence has hosted a wide range of live shows from the VMAs and BET Awards pre-shows to The Grammys, Golden Globes, and the Oscars! I loved having Terrence in the studio to share his extensive knowledge on breaking into the industry, making high-profile connections, and reflecting on his journey to success. If you want to learn how to make connections, grow your network, and maintain a successful mindset, join me on Episode 1,021 of The School of Greatness with Terrence J!
